Her strengths on turning inventory, ROI (Return On Investment) for any repairs prior to listing to get house sold fast were dead on. She sold the house in 3 days vs. her 14 day avg. and the area's 21 day avg. Even after the house went under contract her negotiating skills to counter offers saved me another 10K in repairs.
